The painting layer makes the surface of glass hard to be attached with dusts and sands, as the rain falls, water will wash away the dusts and sands thoroughly. Self cleaning painting layer principle: as the observed phenomenon, the rain falls onto the lotus leaf, and the water drops flow rapidly as many drops instead of staying on the leaf. The structure of lotus leaf surface is that many bump points are there and a lots of air fill the gap of bump points. The contact angle between water drop and the lotus leaf is more than 170°.And the rolling angle is minor than 2°. This is what we call the self cleaning function of nature.

Method:

Painting instruction of TY-100

1. Must be dry, the glass surface is clean, keep the place well ventilated.

2. The protective agent directly with brush besmear to brush glass on the surface, crisscross full besmear to brush, shall not be omitted, brush glass surface should have certain protective agent for its absorption.Protective agent can handle per liter 4 to 10 square metre glass (depending on the glass absorption rate and on the surface of the case may be).

3. Under the protective agent, glass temperature has protective effect after 4 hours.Natural curing a week after the protective effect is best, 8 hours can not contact with rain.

4. This product can be in winter (below 0 ℃) in low temperature environment.But the cure time will be extended accordingly.Summer should prevent excessive exposure, glass result in very high surface temperatures (over 50 ℃) otherwise, reagent rate rise caused by dry too fast, and prevents the coating permeability.

5. The original packing seal storage life two years, two years later after the test protective effect is the same, still can continue to use.
