Product performance:

The surface does not leave traces, does not change the color of the stone, and does not affect the permeability of the stone. A layer of HY605 special stone bottom interface agent needs to be added to the wet surface of the wet paste stone, Effectively solve the problem of hollowing after construction due to six-sided oily protection of wet pasted stone. It can effectively prevent water, oil and all kinds of pollution from invading from the outside, and has excellent anti-aging property, UV resistance, and oil resistance. When the product comes into contact with food after solidification, it has no toxicity and is not harmful to human body.

Construction method:

1. The stone must be dry, the stone surface shall be cleaned, and the construction site shall be well ventilated.

2. Brush the protective agent directly on the stone surface with a brush, and apply it in a crisscross and full manner without omission. After brushing, there should be a certain amount of protective agent on the stone surface for its absorption and penetration. Each liter of protective agent can handle 8-30 square meters of stone (depending on the absorption rate and surface condition of the stone).

3. The stone treated with this protective agent will have protective effect after 5 hours at normal temperature. The protection effect is the best after one week of natural curing, and it shall not be exposed to rain within 8 hours.

4. When facing stone is installed by wet method, HY805 (affecting adhesion) should not be used for the bottom surface. It is recommended that the protective agent (HY105, HY205) corresponding to the type of protective stone should be selected for waterproof and impermeable, and HY605 stone bottom interface agent should be used together to obtain the most protective effect.

5. The suitable construction temperature for this product is 5 ℃ - 35 ℃. During the construction in summer, it is necessary to prevent the surface temperature of the stone from being too high (above 50 ℃) due to excessive exposure to the sun. Otherwise, the agent dosage will increase due to the rapid drying, and the penetration of the coating will be hindered.

6. The sealed storage period of the original package is two years. After two years, the protective effect remains unchanged after the test, and it can still be used.

Attention:

1. The high-acid environment is not conducive to the curing of this product (after the stone is cleaned with acid detergent, the residual acid must be neutralized to neutral with sodium carbonate solution, otherwise the curing will fail).

2. It is recommended to conduct small sample test on unfamiliar stones and let them react for at least 24 hours.

3. The contact and cleaning of any harsh chemicals may affect its effective life.

4. Store as flammable.

5. Keep out of reach of children.
