Product performance:

This protective agent can effectively penetrate into the pores of the stone for up to 2-5mm and fully combine with the stone to form a deep and durable protective layer. The surface does not leave any traces, does not change the color of the stone, does not affect the permeability of the stone, does not change the original gloss of the stone, can effectively prevent the infiltration of water and pollution from the outside. It can effectively prevent the occurrence of various diseases of stone, such as dry water spots, salting out and efflorescence (white hua), yellowing and so on, when used together with the interface agent HY605 on the bottom of the stone. The protective agent has excellent aging resistance, UV resistance and weather resistance of more than 5 years. After curing, the product will not be toxic and harmful to human body when it comes into contact with food.

Construction method:

1. The stone must be dry, the stone surface shall be cleaned, and the construction site shall be well ventilated.

2. Brush the protective agent directly on the stone surface with a brush, and apply it in a crisscross and full manner without omission. There should be a certain amount of liquid medicine film on the stone surface after painting for absorption and penetration. Each liter of protective agent can handle 5-20 square meters of stone (depending on the absorption rate and surface condition of stone). The stone with large absorption rate can be painted twice, and the second painting should be carried out after the previous surface is dry.

3. The stone treated with this protective agent has protective effect after 5 hours. The protection effect is the best after one week of natural curing, and it shall not be exposed to rain within 8 hours.

4. When facing stone is installed and constructed by wet pasting method, it is recommended to use HY705 stone bottom strong sealant or HY605 stone bottom interface agent together for better protection effect.

5. This product can be used at low temperature (below 0 ℃) in winter, but the curing time will be prolonged accordingly. During the construction in summer, it is necessary to prevent the surface temperature of the stone from being too high (above 50 ℃) due to excessive exposure to the sun. Otherwise, the agent dosage will increase due to the rapid drying, and the penetration of the coating will be hindered.

6. The sealed storage period of the original package is two years. After two years, the protective effect remains unchanged after the test, and it can still be used.

Attention:

1. The high-acid environment is not conducive to the curing of this product (after the stone is cleaned with acid detergent, the residual acid must be neutralized to neutral with sodium carbonate solution, otherwise the curing will fail).

2. It is recommended to conduct small sample test on unfamiliar stones and let them react for at least 24 hours.

3. The contact and cleaning of any harsh chemicals may affect its effective life.

4. Keep it out of reach of children.

Emergency treatment:

1. Rinse with plenty of water for 15 minutes immediately after entering the eye, and please receive the treatment of an ophthalmologist.

2. When inhaling decomposed gas, please immediately transfer to fresh air and receive medical treatment.

3. Please receive a doctor's diagnosis after ingestion.

4. In case of contact with skin, please wash immediately with water and soap.
