Scope of application:

Applicable to all types of exterior wall facades: such as red brick, concrete, tile, real stone paint, paint surface, etc.

Product performance:

This product is a silane protective agent, which can effectively penetrate into the pores of building materials up to 1-3mm. It is fully combined with building materials to form a durable waterproof, antifouling and ultraviolet resistant protective layer. It is convenient for construction, without leaving traces on the surface, without changing the color of building materials, without affecting the permeability, and can effectively prevent water and various pollutants from entering from the outside to cause indoor roof, wall, watermark, moss mark, black spot mark and other marks, with excellent aging resistance and UV resistance.

Construction method:

1. The building materials must be dry, the surface of the building materials should be cleaned, and the construction site should be well ventilated.

2. Spray the protective agent directly on the surface of the building material with a brush or spray can, and apply it crosswise and fully or evenly without omission. The surface of the sprayed building material shall have a certain amount of protective agent for its absorption and penetration. Each liter of protective agent can treat 5-15 square meters of the surface of building materials (depending on the absorption rate and surface condition of building materials).

3. The surface of building materials treated with this protective agent will have protective effect after 5 hours at normal temperature. The protection effect is the best after one week of natural curing, and it shall not be exposed to rain within 8 hours.

4. The suitable construction temperature for this product is 10 ℃ - 35 ℃. During the construction in summer, the bottom surface of the building materials shall be prevented from excessive exposure to the sun, resulting in high surface temperature (above 50 ℃). Otherwise, the agent dosage will increase due to the rapid drying, and the penetration of the coating will be hindered.

5. The sealed storage period of the original package is two years. After two years, the protective effect remains unchanged after the test, and it can still be used.

Attention:

1. The high-acid environment is not conducive to the curing of this product (after the building materials are cleaned with acid detergent, the residual acid and sodium carbonate solution must be neutralized to neutral, otherwise the curing will fail).

2. The contact and cleaning of any harsh chemicals may affect its effective life.

3. Store as combustible.

4. Keep it out of reach of children.

5. When spraying, you must wear solvent-resistant gloves and gas mask. When spraying protective agent, the liquid must be lower than the lower part of the human mouth to avoid inhalation of liquid.

Emergency disposal:

1. Rinse with plenty of water for 15 minutes immediately after entering the eye, and please accept the treatment of an ophthalmologist.

2. When inhaling decomposed gas, please immediately transfer to fresh air and receive medical treatment.

3. Please accept the doctor's diagnosis after ingestion.

4. In case of contact with skin, please wash immediately with water and soap.
