Product performance:

This product is a fluorosilicone type protective agent, which can effectively penetrate into the interior of the wood pores for 2-6mm and fully combine with the wood to form a durable waterproof, antifouling and oil-resistant protective layer. The surface does not leave traces, does not change the color of the wood, and does not affect the permeability of the wood. It can effectively prevent water and all kinds of pollution from invading from the outside, resulting in wood corrosion, fast fading and other pathological problems. It has excellent aging resistance and oil stain resistance. When the product comes into contact with food after solidification, it has no toxicity and is not harmful to human body.

Construction method:

1. The wood must be dry, the wood surface shall be cleaned, and the construction site shall be well ventilated.

2. Spray the protective agent directly on the wood surface with a spray pot or brush, and spray it in a crisscross and full manner without omission. After spraying, the wood surface should have a certain amount of protective agent for its absorption and penetration. Each liter of protective agent can treat 8-20 square meters of wood (depending on wood absorption and surface conditions).

3. The wood treated with this protective agent has protective effect after 5 hours at normal temperature. The protection effect is the best after one week of natural curing, and it shall not be exposed to rain within 8 hours.

4. The suitable construction temperature for this product is 8 ℃ - 35 ℃. During the construction in summer, the wood shall be prevented from excessive exposure to the sun, resulting in high surface temperature (above 50 ℃). Otherwise, the rapid drying will lead to an increase in the dosage of chemicals and hinder the penetration of the coating. 5. The sealed storage period of the original package is two years. After two years, the protective effect remains unchanged after the test, and it can still be used.

Attention:

1. The high-acid environment is not conducive to the curing of this product (after the wood is cleaned with acid detergent, the residual acid must be neutralized to neutral with sodium carbonate solution, otherwise the curing will fail).

2. It is recommended to conduct small sample test on unfamiliar wood and let it react for at least 24 hours.

3. The contact and cleaning of any harsh chemicals may affect its effective life.

4. Store as flammable.

5. Keep it out of reach of children.

1. Rinse with plenty of water for 15 minutes immediately after entering the eye, and please accept the treatment of an ophthalmologist.

2. When inhaling decomposed gas, please immediately transfer to fresh air and receive medical treatment.

3. Please accept the doctor's diagnosis after ingestion.

4. In case of contact with skin, please wash immediately with water and soap.
